At Hayamodesty, we offer free delivery on all products.

Processing Time

All abayas are custom made to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your abaya to be carefully made before dispatch.

Delivery Time

• Free Delivery: 3–10 business days delivery

Order Tracking:

• All orders are fully tracked.

• Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.

Delivery Notice

Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, some shipments may experience additional delays. Please allow up to an extra 7 working days for delivery.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused,

• Items must be in their original packaging,

• Items must be in the same condition as received.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
